Scheduling Appointments

We see patients by appointment only. Our office hours are as follows:

Monday: 7:30am - 3:30pm
Tuesday - Thursday: 8:00am - 5:15pm
Friday: 8:30am - 3:30pm
Saturday: alternating; please call to confirm.

While the number of adults patients we treat is growing, most of our patients are still of school age. For the sake of fairness, and to prevent children from missing more school than necessary, we organize our workdays in the following fashion:

• Adjustment appointments, which are typically shorter and more frequent, are mostly offered before and after school hours.
• Longer appointments, of which there are far fewer, are arranged during school hours.
• Early morning appointments are often ideal for working adults.

Cancellations

We do our best to be on time for our patients and ask that you extend the same courtesy to us. If you're unable keep an appointment, please notify us as soon as possible, using the form on this page, or by phone.

Please cancel only if absolutely necessary, as most of our appointments are made 4 to 8 weeks in advance.

Emergency Appointments

If you or your child have an emergency with your braces treatment, please contact us right away. We'll do our very best to get you in on the short notice.
